Dr. Frazier received his undergraduate training at the
University of California, Davis. He graduated with honors from St. Louis
School of Medicine, where he received his Medical Doctor Degree. Dr.
Frazier spent his Internship at the University of Oregon Science Center
and his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at University of California,
Irvine.
He was awarded a Fellowship in Linkoping,
Sweden, studying Knee Arthroscopy and Knee Ligament Reconstruction with
Dr. Jan Gillquist. He is a member of the active staff at San Ramon
Regional Medical Center and Valley Care Hospital.
Dr. Frazier has published works on Gait
Analysis, Patellar Realignment and osteomyelitis in Children. He is an
Oakland native and the Oakland A's team physician.
Dr. Frazier's Physician Assistant is
Norman Yamada, PA-C, ATC.
