About Us
 Webster Orthopaedic Medical Group is a full-service orthopaedic practice which provides high-quality care by physicians in a variety of fields of expertise. The group had its origin in 1939 when Dr. Douglas D. Dickson began practicing on 17th Street in Oakland, as a sole practitioner.
Since that time, the physicians of the Webster Orthopaedic Medical Group
have been providing the residents of Oakland, California and surrounding
areas of the East Bay with excellent orthopaedic care for over 60 years.
Today, Webster Orthopaedic Medical Group's staff has expanded to
13 full-time physicians, practicing in offices located in
Oakland,
Livermore,
San Ramon and
Pleasanton, California. Physicians

In addition to caring for individual patients, our physicians
also participate in the surrounding communities by acting as
team physicians to both professional and collegiate sports
teams, contributing to the education of tomorrow's physicians at
local teaching hospitals, and giving local presentations on
preventive health measures.
